This social media campaign celebrated the diverse individuals who make The Information Lab thrive. We shared stories of people from all backgrounds – recent grads who found their passion for data in university, former business owners, teachers, designers, and musicians. Their global perspectives, varied expertise, and enthusiasm for diverse fields and industries shone through.

The campaign resonated deeply, achieving exceptional engagement rates, with some posts reaching 123.2%. It truly highlighted our commitment to diversity and a "no-CV" hiring approach, where talent and a love for data are valued above all else.
